Boulter did not say when the engagement happened but teased that they had been keeping a secret. The wedding date is either unknown or has not been disclosed to the public.
Katie Boulter, 28, is the British top women’s singles player. Alex de Minaur, 25, is the Australian top men’s singles player. The pair have been dating for nearly five years.

They have a very supportive relationship and try to juggle their schedules to be present for the other’s big matches. Their engagement is about to be tested as the two face off against each other.
Next Event For Katie Boulter And Alex De Minaur
The good news is that the couple will be together in Perth, Australia to kick off the 2025 tennis season. The bad news is that they will be on opposing teams. Team Great Britain faces off against Team Australia on January 1, 2025, at the United Cup. The couple has gone through this before and admit it is not thrilling for each of them personally.
“I wouldn’t say I was thrilled at the idea!” 😅

We know family ties are hard to resolve on the tennis court, as evidenced by Serena and Venus Williams. Playing for one’s country against the significant other and his country must be equally challenging. If circumstances warrant, the two could be on opposite sides of the court in mixed doubles.
Boulter and de Minaur teamed up to play mixed doubles at the 2023 Wimbledon Championships, advancing to the second round. Hopefully, we will see more mixed doubles play at Grand Slams from the newly engaged couple.
