We are now just one day away from the Thursday night showdown between the Tennessee Titans (6-3) and Green Bay Packers (4-6).
Both teams entered this shortened week with a bunch of battered bodies on their rosters. Each squad listed a combined 34 players on their respective injury reports this week (17 on each team).
Fortunately, the Titans had several players take positive steps in the right direction toward being on the field tomorrow.
Several of those players that were considered limited on Monday ended up progressing into full participants on Tuesday.
Also, after missing last week, defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons practiced for the first time in weeks in a limited capacity, which could be an indication that he may be back on the field come Thursday.
As far as everybody else goes, we finally got a little more clarity following the release of the official injury designations for both teams. Let’s see who’s in, who’s out, and who is still up in the air for Thursday night.
