Tennent’s Lager unveils new range made for Scottish Summer including sliders and an umbrella

Scotland is well known for having four seasons in one day, and Tennent’s Lager has launched a new range of merchandise inspired by the typically unpredictable Scottish summer.

The new collection features an array of stylish and practical items that are fit for all seasons and includes a large umbrella, perfect for sheltering you from the heat or rain or just protecting those beer garden pints.

Featuring Tennent’s bold red and yellow colour scheme alongside the iconic red 'T', the new range also includes a tote bag, BBQ apron, cool bag, toiletries bag and even branded sliders – ideal for sliding into the warmer weather.

There’s even a passport holder, the perfect accessory for those lucky enough to be jetting away this year and a great accompaniment to that much-loved airport pint.

Speaking about the launch, senior brand manager for Tennent’s, Cameron Matthews, said: “Like many things, Scots are pretty good humoured about the summer weather, or should that be lack of it, and we wanted to celebrate this for our next collection of merchandise.

“There are not many places you can go where one minute you can be sitting in a beer garden enjoying a refreshing ice cold pint and the next minute sheltering from a downpour.

"Our new range is definitely made for Scottish summers and given they’re designed for four seasons, will come in handy throughout the year – surely that’s why socks and sliders were invented! We’re looking forward to seeing where some of the items end up on their holidays.”
