Businesses across Ayrshire are on the hunt for new staff to join their ranks over the coming months.
Ryanair, Tesco and Pets at Home are just a few businesses recruiting in the region.

North Ayrshire
1. Wilko customer service - Wilko in the Rivergate Shopping Centre in Irvine is looking for a part-time customer service assistant.
The right candidate will have the motivation to learn and a passion for helping people. The salary is noted as competitive and the closing date for this role is Friday, December 16.
2. McColl’s Sales Assistant – McColl’s in Irvine needs a part-time sales assistant to join their ranks for nine hours per week. The successful candidate will need to speak to customers about promotions through active selling; training will be provided.
The rate of pay is £6.83 to £9.50 per hour and the closing date for this role is Thursday, December 15.
3. Picker – The Booker Group based in Irvine needs a part-time staff member who will be responsible for accurate picking and dispatch of goods.
The right candidate will have a 'can-do attitude' and feel comfortable working to meet designated pick rates. The rate of pay is noted as competitive and the closing date for this role is Sunday, December 11.
4. Site Engineer - Anglo Technical Recruitment is looking for an engineer to fill their contract with a Central Government Client.
The role, which requires four days a week on-site, will last for 12 months and is located in West Kilbride. The pay rate for this role is £28.00 per hour.
East Ayrshire
5. The Range - Homeware and garden giant The Range in Kilmarnock has multiple roles up for grabs. They are looking for two sales managers for 39 hours per week, four permanent retail assistant assistants; six temporary retail assistants and one cleaner.

6. General Farm Workers - A poultry farm near Kilmarnock is in need two general farm workers.
The role pays between £20,459–£21,614 a year and the successful candidates will help feed birds, check watering systems, weigh birds, collect eggs, monitor bird welfare and behaviour, follow bio-security protocols and general farm maintenance.
Full training will be provided, although previous poultry experience would be advantageous. .
7. Petcare Assistant - Pets at Home in Kilmarnock need a part-time assistant eight hours per week and will pay between £9.75 - £10.50 per hour.
One of the perks offered by the pet shop giant is 'pet-ernity', an additional day's paid leave to welcome your new pet into your family.
South Ayrshire
8. Festive Colleague - Tesco in Ayr is looking for festive staff to cover night and twilight shifts from 4pm to 10pm.
A festive role means variety, full of everyday challenges, with no day being the same. You will be responsible for serving customers; picking orders for home delivery and stock filling.
You must be over the age of 18 to apply for this role. The successful candidate will be given a 10 percent discount, increasing to 15 percent after every pay for a four-day period.
9. Singing guitarist - Encore musicians is hiring a singing guitarist for a private event set for Saturday, December 3 in Prestwick.
The gig starts at 8pm and you'll be needed for an hour. The role pays £280 - £290 .
Genre of music will be pop, folk and rock.
10. Cabin Crew - Ryanair is on the lookout for new flight attendants to start in December. The discount airline will hold a six-week training course at Prestwick Airport. The right candidate will be over 18-years-old, be between 5 "2 (157 cm) and 6" 2 (188 cm) in height, and be able to swim 25 meters unaided and confidently.
Please note you must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, have no visible tattoos or piercings hold a valid passport that doesn’t expire in the next 12 months and your passport must allow unrestricted International travel.
Successful candidates will earn an average of £26-27k for Stansted and Luton and £23-24k for all other UK bases pro rata. Free uniform, flight duty pay and sales bonus, a new joiners allowance, and staff travel.
