Nurses and ambulance staff are today starting another set of walk-outs which will amount to the biggest strike action in NHS history.
The industrial action will see 73 NHS hospital trusts across England affected as nurses go on strike today and tomorrow (February 6 and February 7), while ambulance staff join them today as well as striking on Friday (February 10).
Three trusts in Greater Manchester will be striking, following action taken by NHS workers during December and January in disputes over pay, working conditions and dangerously low staffing levels.
Further dates during February and March are also planned, with staff at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust all taking action.
With this strike action from nurses and ambulance staff part of a series of walk-outs across different industries, we want to hear your thoughts on the issue. You can share your thoughts on the survey below or via this link if it isn't displaying.
