Two UK fertility clinics have been confirmed as using a faulty product that has likely damaged a number of women’s eggs and embryos.

The Jessop Fertility clinic in Sheffield has been announced as the second site affected by the use of faulty freezing solution. It comes after Guys’ hospital in London contacted 136 women who may have been affected.

If you have been affected, the Guardian would like to hear from you. When did you have the treatment and when were you contacted by the clinic? How have you been affected by the news?
