Two teenagers armed with batons attacked a man.
It has been reported that two suspects, between 17 and 18 years old, assaulted a man on East Lancashire Road, near to the Home and Bargains. The attack took place at around 11.30pm on Tuesday, February 28.
The two suspects, on electric bikes, were reported to have approached the victim, a man in his 20s, and attacked him with batons.

They are described as white, late teens and wearing face coverings. The victim sustained superficial injuries to his leg.
Detective inspector Alyson Keenan said: "This appears to have been an unprovoked attack and we are determined to find those responsible. We think that vehicles would have been passing by and potentially captured this incident.
