A teenager has been rushed to hospital after a collision between a car and a motorbike in Leigh.
Police were called to reports of a collision on Chapel Street, between Lingard Street and Mill Lane, at around 9.40am this morning.
The rider of the motorbike, a teenage man, was rushed to hospital for treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.

The driver of the car remained at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "We were called at 9.40am today (September 24) to a report of a collision involving a car and a motorbike on Chapel Street, Leigh.
"The rider of the bike – a teenage man – was taken to hospital in a stable condition for treatment.
"The driver of the car remained at the scene.
"Enquiries continue."
Roads were earlier closed due to the collision, with bus services being affected.
In a tweet, Transport for Greater Manchester said: "Chapel Street, Leigh. Road closed in both directions between Lingard Street and Mill Street
"Emergency services on scene dealing with a collision. Re-route to avoid delays."
Chapel Street has since reopened and services will return to normal.
