There is concern for the welfare of a 19-year-old man after he was last seen in the early hours of Sunday morning near a nightclub.
Gwent Police are appealing for information as to the whereabouts of Tom Moreton, who has been reported missing. He was last seen near the Vibez nightclub in Newport city centre.
A statement from the force, said: "We’re appealing for information to find Tom Moreton who is reported as missing. Tom, 19, was last seen at in Newport city centre, close to the Vibez nightclub, at around 2am on Sunday, 25 June and officers are concerned for his welfare. He is around 5’ 10” tall, of slim build and he was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and grey Nike trainers with a green tick."
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 or send a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2300210252. Tom is also being urged by police to get in touch with them to confirm that he is safe and well.
