A TEENAGER has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Angus.
Emergency services went to Commerce Street in Arbroath on Tuesday after the death of the man inside a property was reported to police at about 7.40pm.
The death is being treated as unexplained and officers are making inquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
A 19-year-old has been arrested.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.40pm on Tuesday, February 11 2025, we received a report of the death of a man within a property on Commerce Street, Arbroath.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.
“A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death.
“A police presence will remain in the area while we carry out investigations and anyone with any concerns can approach these officers.”
