A teenager accused of acting with three others during a home invasion and stabbing in Tuggeranong earlier this year has "handed himself" to officers, police said.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said the 18-year-old, a Western Sydney resident, turned himself in at City Police Station on Sunday evening.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm (joint commission), damaging property (joint commission), and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (joint commission).
He faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday and has been remanded in custody until his next court date.
This follows charges laid against two other 18-year-olds from Sydney, accused of taking part in the incident in Conder on May 4.
About 8am that day, police alleged four males forced themselves into a home where they stabbed two residents, a man and a woman, multiple times before fleeing the scene.
"A woman answered the door of her home in Conder when a man allegedly pushed his way inside and stabbed her," a spokesperson said.
"The man and three other men then allegedly assaulted the male occupant, stabbing him as well."
The first alleged offender to be arrested was caught with the help of NSW Police officers working in Mount Druitt. The teenager was found and arrested in Arndell Park on May 28.
The second alleged offender was also found and arrested, with the help of NSW Police, on July 2 in Shalvey near Blacktown.
Both of them were extradited to Canberra and faced the ACT Magistrates Court the day after their respective arrests.
ACT Policing said investigations into the identity of the fourth man allegedly involved were ongoing.
