Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham stunned fans after revealing her latest makeover.
The reality TV star, 31, showed off her new look after going under the knife to alter her appearance.
She has underwent a number of operations and appears to have settled with her latest look after captioning her latest upload: "#ILoveMyLife."
She looked stunning as she showed off her new look with plump lips, a slimmer nose and rosy cheeks.
Farrah was seen wearing a leopard-print jacket and brown under vest as she smiled at the camera. She opted for a beaded blue necklace for her accessory, which included a heart pendent.
However, before the snap, she first shared how she looked immediately after the operation, saying she had left the office after sinus surgery.
Earlier this month, she showed an image of a large bandage across the bottom of her nose, she continued: "Sinusitis is real & nose polyps."
The MTV star wore a bright red top while her wavy hair flowed over her shoulders.
Over the past decade, Farrah has kept fans in the loop with her appearance changes. Back in 2010 she revealed she had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.
Two years later and she was under the knife getting a chin implant. However, she wasn't impressed with the surgery and just a year later she took part in a 40-minute procedure under local anaesthesia to get it removed.
In 2013 she also underwent her second breast augmentation surgery as she enhanced her assets from a cup size C up to a D. She also opted to get lip injections.
A third boob job took place in 2015 after she revealed she had to fix a previous botched procedure.
Earlier this year, she confirmed she had a so-called lip blushing procedure, which sees the lips get tattooed with semi-permanent ink.
Farrah first came into the public eye on the hit MTV series 16 And Pregnant in 2009. She later went on to star on Teen Mom.
Her only daughter, Sophia, 14, is now 14 and she too beamed for a photo with her mum recently and looked very different to what fans will remember.
