Teen makes split second decision after gang pull knife on him

A teenager made a split second decision after a gang grabbed him in the street and threatened him with a knife.

The 17-year-old boy was walking along Brancepeth Court in Ellesmere Port after 4.35pm on Monday, June 5, when he was approached by a gang of three men who he did not know. It was reported to Cheshire Police that the gang demanded that the boy handed over his headphones and any other possessions he had.

The teenager refused and the men then pulled out knives and threatened him. Following this the boy made a split second decision and ran away from the scene. He was uninjured and nothing was stolen.
