The Cincinnati Bengals posted a lengthy injury report on Wednesday before the Week 10 game against the Houston Texans.
It arrived with a few surprises too, headlined by wide receiver Tee Higgins:
- WR Ja’Marr Chase (DNP)
- DT Josh Tupou (DNP)
- DE Sam Hubbard (DNP)
- CB Jalen Davis (LP)
- LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (LP)
- WR Tee Higgins (LP)
- WR Charlie Jones (FP)
- CB Cam Taylor-Britt (FP)
Higgins had previously been battling a fractured rib, so this new ankle injury is something that apparently popped up on Wednesday.
The Ja’Marr Chase injury outlook made it clear he wouldn’t be active on Wednesday and if he misses the next two days, it doesn’t mean he won’t be able to play on Sunday.
The team activated rookie wideout Charlie Jones’ 21-day practice window and the full practice is a good sign he could be back on the 53 this week.
