Ted Lasso Cast Reunites At GLAAD Media Awards In LA

Cast attends 35th GLAAD Media Awards in LA, nominated for outstanding comedy series.

AFC Richmond, the beloved team from the hit show Ted Lasso, recently reunited at the 35th annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles. The cast, including Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, Juno Temple, and others, attended the event where the show was nominated for outstanding comedy series.

The stars made a stylish entrance, with Billy Harris sporting a prepster look, Waddingham dazzling in a black sequin gown, and Cristo Fernández standing out in a baby blue suit. Temple looked elegant in a powder pink silk gown, accessorized with a heart-shaped pink handbag.

Ted Lasso was recognized for its LGBTQ representation, particularly for introducing a storyline featuring Keeley (played by Juno Temple) in a relationship with a woman named Jack (portrayed by Jodi Balfour) in the show's third season.

Despite rumors of the show's potential end after the third season, the cast has continued to make public appearances, including at the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Emmys. At these events, they showed support for each other's projects and celebrated their achievements.

Goldstein and Sudeikis even made appearances in Waddingham's Apple TV+ holiday special, highlighting the camaraderie among the cast members. The actors have maintained a close bond, with Waddingham praising Sudeikis as her greatest champion.

The Ted Lasso crew has garnered accolades and nominations for their performances, showcasing the impact of the show's inclusive storytelling. Fans can catch all the heartwarming moments by streaming Ted Lasso on Apple TV+.
