Tech & Science Daily podcast: Nasa’s Orion moon probe is Earth-ward bound

It’s the home stretch for Nasa’s Orion space capsule, which made a final lap around the moon before heading back to Earth while testing systems for a 2024 human lunar mission.

The probe made a last pass to come within 80 miles of the moon’s far side, and will use the power of lunar gravity to help catapult it nearly a quarter of a million miles back to our planet.

Orion launched three weeks ago - without a crew - strapped to the most powerful rocket ever built by Nasa.

Artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT has been going down a storm on social media due to its worryingly-good long-form writing skills.

But one researcher tells CNN of concerns the AI software can give “plausible-sounding but incorrect or nonsensical answers”, further muddying the waters of facts online.
