Wales' Taylor Bevan has claimed silver at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the men's light heavyweight boxing category.
The 21-year-old lost out in the gold-medal contest to Scotland's Sean Lazzerini, who produced a few eye-catching shots at the end of the final round to earn top place on the podium via split decision.
Bevan, who qualifies to represent Wales through his mother and splits his time between Cardiff and Hampshire, had been in brutal form on his way to booking his place in the gold-medal bout.
Speaking after claiming silver, he said: "Still feeling gutted at the moment. Obviously I wanted that gold medal but I think once the dust has settled I'll be pleased with what I've achieved at the Commonwealth Games, but I'm still feeling gutted right now.
"The whole experience has been amazing, I've had loads of support from friends, family and the whole of Wales.
"I've gained loads of experience here and I've had five good fights. This is the first time I've boxed on such a big platform, so it's given me a lot of experience for the future. I'm going to look towards competing at the Olympics now."
