After securing a 99-72 win over New Zealand to open the FIBA World Cup, Steve Kerr and Team USA will be back on the floor in Group C for game two against Greece on Monday morning.
Paolo Banchero scored 21 points off the bench to go along with four blocks to lead the way against New Zealand on Saturday. Along with Banchero, five other members of Team USA tallied double-figure scoring efforts.
Monday’s contest against Greece is a rematch from the Team USA’s pre-FIBA World Cup showcase games. Just 10 days ago, Team USA coasted past Greece, 108-86. Both Jalen Brunson and Anthony Edwards tallied 21 points in Team USA’s win over Greece.
On Monday, Kerr and Team USA will have to find a way to slow down Milwaukee Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo.
Before Team USA meets Greece in Group C of the FIBA World Cup, here is everything you need to know about Monday’s game, including how to watch.
