A Victorian teacher accused of sexually abusing a former student more than 20 years ago has faced court.
Elisa Errichiello on Friday appeared before Melbourne Magistrates Court charged with 26 offences relating to the sexual abuse of a child aged 16 or under from 1997 to 2001.
It's alleged instances of abuse against the young girl occurred at locations including a primary school playground, at a home and in Errichiello's car.
The 50 year old was granted bail and is expected to return to court on June 3 for a committal mention.
