TCU beat Georgetown 84–83 at Capital One Arena in Washington in controversial fashion on Saturday.
Inbounding the ball under their own basket with only 2.7 seconds remaining, TCU guard Micah Peavy heaved a half-court pass to forward Emanuel Miller down the near sideline.
Miller caught the pass and banked home the incredible game-winning three-pointer as time expired.
Despite video review clearly showing that Peavy had stepped out of bounds prior to getting the winning shot off, officials were not able to overturn the shot because there was no call on the court.
After review, Emanuel Miller's game-winner counts and TCU defeats Georgetown.

Miller was sensational for TCU, finishing with a game-high 29 points while adding five rebounds and two assists. Jayden Epps led the way for the Hoyas scoring 24 points in a losing effort.
The Horned Frogs, who earned their seventh consecutive win, drew the ire of basketball fans and media on social media who believed that Ed Cooley's Hoyas squad was robbed due to a bad NCAA rule.
A miscarriage of justice in Washington DC!

This was reviewed and showed he was out of bounds before the shot went up, but couldn’t be changed. pic.twitter.com/IA5J3ttyWu
An absolutely bananas ending to #TCU-Georgetown!

That’s the most egregious and pathetic rule in the book.

The TCU player was clearly out of bounds, before hitting that shot.
But because there was no call on the court, the refs did not overturn it.
Georgetown absolutely got hosed and loses a game that they won.
Someone please HELP.
