Taylor Swift’s mom, Andrea, was visibly emotional during her daughter’s last European Eras Tour performance in London on Tuesday, August 20. In fan footage shared on social media, Andrea wiped tears from her eyes as the crowd erupted into applause. She was seen clapping for her daughter with her eyes fixed on the stage, wearing friendship bracelets, a signature piece of jewelry fans have been sporting during the Eras Tour performances worldwide. Swift’s dad, Scott, stood next to Andrea, offering support as she soaked in the moment.
The show at Wembley Stadium marked the conclusion of Swift’s European leg of the Eras Tour. The 34-year-old singer will now take a two-month break before wrapping up the performances in the U.S. and Canada at the end of the year. Andrea has been a supportive presence at several stops along Swift’s Eras Tour, including attending her first round of London performances earlier this summer, where she watched the concerts from the VIP tent alongside Scott and Swift’s brother, Austin.
During one of the June shows, Swift expressed gratitude to her parents, acknowledging their presence and support. She mentioned how her dad would provide feedback on the crowd energy before she hit the stage, indicating the excitement and enthusiasm of the audience. Andrea also attended the prior London shows in June with Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, a Kansas City Chiefs tight end. Kelce even joined Swift on stage during one of the performances, with Andrea capturing the moment on her iPhone and later celebrating with high-fives in the VIP tent.
