Taylor Swift presale starts on Ticketmaster today - how to get tickets to Eras Tour

It's the day thousands of Taylor Swift fans have been waiting for - presale ticket day. Swifties who have successfully been selected to receive a presale code will be given the chance to finally buy tickets via Ticketmaster to some of the popstar's UK 2024 Eras Tour shows.

This morning, fans will be able to try and secure a spot of the singer's concerts at London and Edinburgh next summer. The sale is set to start at 11am with tickets expected to sell-out very quickly.

According to Ticketmaster, all registrants will receive an email from either itself or AXS confirming their selected/waitlist status by 11.59pm Friday, July 14. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis, while currently available inventory lasts and up to four tickets can be purchased per customer.

Timings for all the other presale shows have been staggered to avoid a Ticketmaster meltdown. Below is the full schedule of when fans can access presale tickets.

Fans who bought Swift's Midnights album between August 29, 2022 and October 27, 2022 will be able to get tickets early from Monday for the UK dates. Following the presale, fans will be able to purchase remaining tickets in the general sale. These will take place across a number of dates in July.

Last week, the 'Anti-Hero' songstress announced she will be adding 14 more dates to the UK and Europe leg of her 2024 Eras Tour due to "phenomenal demand" - unsurprisingly sending fans wild. Three of the new shows include extra dates to see her live in Edinburgh, Liverpool and London - she was originally only set to perform 10 UK shows.

Already plenty of people are claiming to have tickets to Taylor Swift's tour on Twitter. While it's hard to know if any of them are legitimate, the best advice is to avoid.

When tickets go on sale, fans should:

  • Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time.
  • Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code as it appears in the email you received.
  • Due to demand, after entering your access code, you may experience a longer than usual wait time. Do not refresh the page during this time.
  • When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window.
  • Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets, may result in errors.
  • You may not exceed the ticket limit of four (4).
  • For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior to the on-sale.
