Taylor Swift will have to give herself time to heal before moving on from Matty Healy, according to a leading celebrity mindset coach.
The pair enjoyed a rather brief fling following the breakdown of Taylor's relationship with Joe Alwyn, before deciding to call time on their own romance earlier this week.
It's thought Taylor, 33, and Matty, 34, split as a result of their "extremely busy" work schedules and because they realised "they're not really compatible".
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Noor Hibbert said "inner healing" will be the key to helping Taylor mend her broken heart.
"The key to breaking free from this pattern lies in doing the inner work to heal the wounded inner child," she said.
Suggesting possible reasons for Matty and Taylor's split, Noor said they could have "unwittingly sabotaged their pursuit of love" as a result of learnt behaviours.
She said: "Whatever Taylor Swift's subconscious stories are about relationships, they play out in her reality," adding how this can "perpetuate a cycle of attracting toxic or unfulfilling relationships."
The transformation coach said Taylor should "address unresolved emotions" in order to allow herself to "rewrite the narrative and create healthier relationship dynamics."
Noor said: "This requires self-reflection, therapy, and a commitment to self-growth."
By committing to a journey of self-growth, Noor believes the singer will be able to "begin to transform [her] relationships" and learn "that love is safe".
She added: "By developing self-awareness and nurturing self-love, we cultivate healthier boundaries, attract partners who align with our values, and break free from the cycle of toxic connections.
"Taylor Swift, like anyone who seeks lasting love, can benefit from this transformative journey of self-discovery and healing."
However, Noor warned that it is not an easy journey, telling us: "It is a process that requires courage, self-reflection, and a commitment to self-growth, ultimately leading to healthier and more meaningful connections."
