It’s the first show for Swift since early March, and the 14-time Grammy winner released her 11th studio album in that span. That led to a lot of hypothesizing about if and how she would implement new songs from The Tortured Poets Department.

Fans got early indications that big changes would happen as Swift cut “The Archer” from her Lover era and moved the Red era from sixth in the lineup to third. “Long Live” also seemed to get cut from the show as part of the Speak Now era.

Swifties were frenetic online as they processed the changes.

Time will tell what other changes are in store as the show goes on.
