Taylor Swift fans think Reputation (Taylor’s Version) will be announced at Sunday’s Eras Tour show

Alright, folks. It’s that time again. Get out your clown make-up and shoes and join us on Clownelia Street. We’re back with another theory. Some Taylor Swift fans thought the announcement (or even the drop) for the mega pop star’s latest re-release album, Reputation (Taylor’s Version), could have happened on her November 10 show in Buenos Aires.

It didn’t happen — although there wasn’t even a show that night as it had to be postponed with extreme weather — so fans went back to the drawing board looking for Swift’s Easter eggs.

With her final show of 2023 happening Sunday night in São Paolo, Brazil, Swifties are seeing some hints that indicate maybe it’s finally time for that Reputation announcement.

It's the 66th show

Taylor Swift has performed a whopping 66 shows — which comes out to about 12,870 minutes of singing and dancing — since kicking off night one on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona. Why is the number six important here? Reputation was her sixth studio album.

It's the 13th international show

Of the 65 shows performed so far, all but 12 have been on American soil. The number 13 is Swift’s favorite, and it is frequently used in hints and clues.

Surprise song countdown

Over the last two nights in São Paolo, Swift has played “Now That We Don’t Talk” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version), “Innocent” from Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), “Safe & Sound” from Red (Taylor’s Version) and “Untouchable” from Fearless (Taylor’s Version).

If you go in order from most recent re-release to oldest re-release, it’s 1989 (Taylor’s Version), Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), Red (Taylor’s Version) and Fearless (Taylor’s Version). What’s left? Her debut album and … Reputation.

When Swift got closer to the announcement of 1989 (Taylor’s Version), she had just one song left that she hadn’t played as a surprise song. Well, she’s done it again. The only song from Reputation that hasn’t played yet is “I Did Something Bad.” Could that be the second surprise song tonight?

During Saturday night’s performance of “Midnight Rain,” Swift added a dance move that Swifties immediately recognized as one used multiple times for Reputation tours and videos.

During Friday night’s show, the light-up bracelets created what seemed to be a snake moving through the crowd.

Swift’s back up dancers added some extra emoji action to their social media posts before tonight’s show. Those black hearts … could they be for Reputation?
