Taylor Swift Cardiff Principality Stadium seating plan and pre-sale ticket prices for Eras Tour

Taylor Swift will be performing for fans in Wales next summer as part of her sell-out global The Eras Tour and pre-sale tickets go live today.

The 33-year-old Midnights singer will be entertain crowds of around 74,500 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. It is the only date so far that Taylor has announced for Wales.

The pop star will also be performing shows in London, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Dublin as part of The Eras 2024 tour, with support coming from Paramore.

This week fans who have registered for pre-sale have had a chance to get early access to tickets before the general sale begins on Monday.

Today, Wednesday July 12, marks the last pre-sale day for the remaining dates in Wembley too, before shows in Ireland go live on Friday, July 14.

At 3pm on Wednesday pre-sale tickets will go live on Ticketmaster or AXS for the Cardiff show and only fans with a unique access code they have reveived via email, will be able to purchase. Each code has a limit of four tickets that any one fan can buy.

Ticketmaster has already included a map of the Principality Stadium on its website, despite tickets not being released yet. While the exact ticket prices have yet to be confirmed, costs for the other shows in London, Edinburgh and Liverpool have been very similar, so Cardiff concert hopefuls can expect to pay roughly the same for their tickets and VIP packages.

The Principality Stadium has a capacity of 74,500 in the main stadium for concerts and the map shows there will be a total of nine standing and seating sections across the arena, including Front Left Standing and Front Right Standing in front of the stage and General Admission Standing just behind .

The rest of the stadium, which is made up of four stands, includes five more tiers along with suites in front of the upper tiers. Prices for shows in Liverpool ranged from £143.40 each for general admission standing, to £57.90-£182.75 each for a seated ticket, £57.90- £182.75 each for a side view seated tickets, and £57.90-£182.75 each for a p artially obstructed limited view.

Those who are waiting for general sale, these ticket launches take place next week, from Monday, July 17. For fans who haven't received a code yet, there is still hope.

Ticketmaster and AXS will continue to send out emails to confirm fans have been offered a place in their selected queue or waitlist status up until 11.59pm on Friday, July 14.
