The Kansas City Chiefs knocked off the top-seed in the AFC on Sunday afternoon as the underdogs went into Baltimore and defeated the Ravens, 17-10. Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce had a monster day, breaking Jerry Rice’s record for catches in the postseason and 11 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown.

After the game, Kelce reunited with girlfriend Taylor Swift on the field, and the pair shared an amazingly sweet moment in celebration. Swift, a 12-time Grammy winner and pop icon, has been dating the future Hall-of-Famer since the summer, and she’s been a mainstay at Chiefs games over the course of the season.
