Rangers captain James Tavernier has revealed how the club's interim coaching team have altered the players' mentality going into games.
Barry Ferguson was appointed temporary head coach just over a fortnight ago. The club legend brought Billy Dodds, Neil McCann and Allan McGregor in as part of his backroom team.
Tavernier, who made his 500th Rangers appearance a week and a half ago against Motherwell, has revealed how Ferguson and co have changed the dynamic both on the training pitch and going into games.

He wrote in the official Rangers programme for tonight's game against Fenerbahce: "Since they have come in, the new coaching staff have implemented some new ideas, and it has brought a freshness to the group.
"Training has been good in the build-up to games and we are feeling in a good place. Of course, there are things in the past few weeks we need to improve but we are working hard to do that."
With Rangers 3-1 up on aggregate heading into this evening's match, a place in the quarter-finals of the Europa League isn't particularly far out of reach.
Tavernier, however, knows the tie isn't finished: "We have put ourselves in a strong position after last week's 3-1 victory in the first leg, but we know it is not over yet," he penned.
"We are focused and ready to put in another big performance in front of our home fans tonight. It was a fantastic performance from the team in Istanbul. The boys really stuck together and I think we deserved to come away with the result."
