Roti King, Flesh and Buns, and Bar Kroketa are among the restaurants on show at this year’s Taste of London, which returns to Regent’s Park in June.
The food festival will bring some of the country’s best chefs, restaurants and culinary experiences between June 14-18, with more than 120 dishes from the likes of Francesco Mazzei, Henrique Sa Pessoa, and Nuno Mendes.
New to Taste will be Chai Wu, a dim sum concept soon to open at Harrods, the Sicilian-inspired restaurant Norma, and Jam Delish, the vegan Caribbean venue in Islington.
Big names such as the Big Mamma group, Cavita, and Hoppers will also be at the event, alongside masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, and the festival’s VIP lounge.
In the centre of the park will be Taste’s fire pit, a focal point where chefs Dan Pelles, Simon Stallard, and Adriana Cavita will cook for guests.
Drinks will be available, naturally — cocktails will be poured at the Schweppes tent, Jimador Tequila will be be serving margaritas, and the Aspall Cider House will be in town, visiting from Suffolk.
Live music and DJ sets will return too, with sets powered by Kalab, the online community for emerging artists.
