With the floods of 2016 a not-so-distant memory for many in Tasmania, the latest heavy rains have brought a new round of devastation to homes, businesses and community meeting places.
And — with floodwaters only just receding and the clean-up operations getting started — authorities are already warning there could be more heavy rain on the way.
