Former Indianapolis Colts left tackle and Ring of Honor member Tarik Glenn will announce the team’s selection in Round 2 of the 2023 NFL draft Friday night in Kansas City.
After selecting quarterback Anthony Richardson with the No. 4 overall pick Thursday night, the Colts will be back on the clock with the No. 35 overall pick, barring a trade back.
There are several ways the Colts can go with this pick. General manager Chris Ballard likely would prefer to trade back if he can, but there also are a number of intriguing prospects who may keep them seated.
With the quarterback position addressed, the Colts could set their focus on other needs like cornerback, wide receiver and offensive line.
Glenn was inducted into the organization’s Ring of Honor during the 2022 season.
