The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley has been spotted leaving a private hospital after after undergoing a tummy tuck and eyebrow lift.
The glam mother-of-four was seen outside the Pall Mall Medical in Newton-Le-Willows with her Burnley footballer husband Phil.
Tanya, 40, who recently quit The Real Housewives after six years, had an endoscopic brow lift in order to achieve a younger fresher look.

And she had a tummy tuck, a specialist procedure to tighten loose skin on her stomach after having four children.
The reality star was all smiles as she emerged from the hospital in a fluffy white dressing gown and cream clogs supported by her hubby.
She later updated fans on her Instagram Stories with a photo taken of her resting.
"I'm swollen and tired but recovering well," she said.
In December she was in tears as announced that she had to take 'a step back' from the show after 14 series because of her health.
Real Housewives of Cheshire favourite Tanya, one of the original cast of the ITVBe reality series, was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, a condition that affects people's behaviour, last year after suffering years of anxiety.
Speaking on the podcast The Invisible Gift she said that finding out she had ADHD came as a relief.
"I’ve only just been diagnosed with ADHD as well and that was sort of a big weight lifted off my shoulders like finally, I know what’s wrong with me and I can find out the tools that can help me," she told the podcast.
In August Tanya suffered a seizure while she was on a photoshoot for My Glam Style and an ambulance was called.
She said the cause of her collapse was stress from overworking and 'trying to be perfect' in every area of her life.
While under doctor's orders to rest and avoid stress Tanya missed out on much of the Real Housewives drama including a girls' trip to Edinburgh.
In November she spoke about her struggles after being left bedbound from her ADHD medication.
The following month Tanya was emotional as she made the announcement that she was leaving during the reunion episode in a chat with host Brian Dowling.
"I'm having to take a step back from the show which I'm gutted about because I absolutely love the show," she told Brian.
"And I love the crew, the crew are like family to me, and some of the girls not all of them," she joked.
She explained: "So I've just decided to go back to having ADHD.
"I've come off the pills. I'm still learning how to navigate and stuff like that.
"So I'm just going to be stepping back from Housewives and being the number one fan."
She added: "You never know, one day I might be back."
And she took to Instagram to pen an emotional thank you message.
"It was one of the hardest decisions of my life leaving my beloved @officialrhoch," she wrote.
"I’ve done 14 series and loved nearly every minute of it there are so many people to thank, the viewers the amazing crew who are like my family my house will feel empty without your lovely buzz and the fabulous housewives who I can’t wait to continue to watch as a number one fan the bosses and @itvbe my family and friends my beautiful husband and babies I don’t want to name anyone as there are too many.
"I want to thank each and every one of you for all your support, the kind lovely messages have had me in tears tonight and really helped my little brain.
"Never once has any of you made me feel weird for my mental health problems and I thank you for that and I know your support to me has helped so many out there as I’ve had sooo many messages saying so.
"I’m waffling thru tears but thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all you will never realise how much I appreciate you all."
