Tanya Bardsley says still fancies the pants off her footballer husband and that they sneak off from the kids for daily romps around the house.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star has been married to the Burnley player since 2014, and says that giving him regular nookie keeps their romance alive.
The mum-of-four, 40, says that she and Phil, 36, sometimes only have time for a two-minute quickie in the toilet while hiding from their kids.
She told Closer magazine: "I still really fancy Phil and find him attractive even more than I did when we met.
"It’s probably because I’ve trained him up. My mum has always said to me, 'Look after your man otherwise another woman will'. It’s just like watering a garden – it doesn’t take long and you have to maintain it.
"Some people don't have it regularly and that's fine, there's no right or wrong, but to me if you're not having sex, then it would feel like the friend zone. I'd be worried if I wasn't having sex all the time."
But the couple's romps can sometimes prove tricky with sons Rocco, 12, Renz, eight, Ralphi, five, and Tanya's daughter Gaby, 19, from a previously relationship, fighting for their attention.
She confessed: "It can be hard with the kids around, even if they catch us giving each other a kiss they'll go 'urgh!' My youngest boy insists on sleeping on our bedroom floor even though he's got his own room, and that can sometimes be a hindrance.
"We still manage it every day, even if we're hiding somewhere in the house! It only lasts two minutes so it's not that much of an effort. We just have to grab it when we can, like 'quick, quick, quick!' Were quite lucky we have a house that has four floors so it's easier to get away and we've got places to escape to... like the bog."
This week, Tanya and Phil posed up together as they attended the premiere of Wayne Rooney's new documentary Rooney, which he stars in alongside wife Coleen.
Tanya looked gorgeous in a white trouser suit with a cleavage-enhancing blazer, while Phil looked super smart in a navy blue suit.
Sharing snaps from the event on Instagram, Tanya wrote: " Last night me and @phil_bardsley had the honour of going to the legend @waynerooney and the iconic @coleen_rooney premier of their new documentary and it was absolutely amazing, it was inspiring, heart warming even gave me goosebumps at the talent of such a young boy, a real and raw insight to the down to earth couple and family and what the have been through from such a young age that none of us could imagine you will love it it’s a must see.
