A tanning salon is bidding to become the latest business to join an expanding business park in Netherfield. The business submitted an application to Gedling Borough Council on April 21, with the hopes of joining Teal Park off Colwick Loop Road, near Stoke Bardolph.
It has proposed to move into unit four of the park, which is 92 square metres in size. The salon would join national household chains Toolstation, Screwfix and Howdens, all of which have recently opened after kitting out their new homes of 4,000 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft respectively.
A care home, a new local centre with four retail shops, a children’s day nursery and a pub as well as an Aldi supermarket are all included in the development. The park has been jointly developed by Warwickshire-based AC Lloyd Commercial and Nottingham-based based Henry Davidson Developments (HDD).
