TIRUPATI: A Tamil Nadu based devotee donated Rs.70 lakh worth property in memory of her parents to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams on Monday.
NK Nemavathi, a retired nurse donated a two storied newly constructed building, measuring approximately 1600 Sq ft at Kodivalasa village in Pallipattu taluq in Tiruvallur district in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu to the TTD.
The present market value of the property is estimated at approximately Rs.70 lakh.
The devotee along with her relatives met TTD's estate officer G Mallikarjuna at the TTD administrative building in Tirupati and handed over the property keys and registered documents on Monday.
