Dublin has two new Lotto winners with a lucky Tallaght punter snagging €100k in the Millionaire Raffle on New Year's Eve.
The winning ticket was bought in Dunnes Stores in the Square shopping centre and as the winner picked up their prize at Lotto HQ there were plenty of celebrations. But it wasn't the only big win for the capital.
Another Dublin player nabbed €50k in the Cash Showdown Instant Win game on the National Lottery app. While the winning game was played online it was another great day for the capital.

The big winner today in Lotto HQ hailed from Co Cavan who had won €500k in the EuroMillions draw last Friday, January 13. They had bought the quick pick in McMullan’s Daybreak service station in Cootehill on the day of the draw.
They said: "After we clear our mortgage and pay a couple of bills, we will be taking care of our family without any doubt. Everybody will be looked after and we’ll help the children with house deposits and whatnot. It’s such a wonderful gift for us to be able to do that."
