After months of speculation the location for Channel 4’s creative hub in Bristol was finally revealed earlier this month.
The TV station announced it would be based in the heart of the city at the Finzels Reach complex, in the former Fermentation Buildings of the old Courage Brewery.
Finzels Reach is the industrial development site being brought back to use by developers Cubex on the side of the Floating Harbour opposite Castle Park.
Channel 4 is expected to be sharing the building with two other companies - including creative studio Outlaw - as well as a restaurant or bar which would be located on part of the ground floor.

Contractors are still on site carrying out work on the building so it is ready for when the new Channel 4 office opens up in the autumn.
But Bristol Live was given an exclusive look of how the office space currently looks - and I'm sure many readers will be pleased to know that a lot of the historic brickwork and features have been retained.
The new Creative Hub will be one of two in Britain as Channel 4 moves out of London. The channel will be based in Leeds, with Bristol and Glasgow beating off competition from a dozen other cities to attract TV bosses.
Last month Channel 4 announced it would be basing its drama commissioning departments in Bristol, with Glasgow hosting the factual side of the channel’s output.

Channel 4 are expected to either bring or create around 50-60 jobs in Bristol, and Finzels Reach looks set to become a new creative quarter for the city centre, with other media companies moving in as well.
Gavin Bridge, executive director at Cubex, said he was really pleased that Channel 4 had chosen Finzels Reach as its location in the city.
"It's not a huge amount of jobs but it's the name and the brand that will attract other companies to the area. It's great."

Speaking about chosing Finzels Reach Jonathan Allan, Channel 4’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We looked at a number of different sites in Bristol, but the Fermentation Buildings stood out for us as offering both a great location at the heart of the city in reach of transport links, and an historic industrial building with superb facilities on hand for our staff.
