Martin King and Jenny McCarthy, one of Ireland’s most loved showbiz couples, have given fans a glimpse into their stunning south Dublin home over recent months.
Martin, best known for his work on Virgin Media as a weatherman and a presenter on The Six O’Clock Show married Jenny, one of the most popular wedding and celebrity photographers in Ireland, back in 2011.
The pair live in a magnificent and cosy home in Rathfarnham, and over the past few years, have knocked the back wall to add an extension with huge windows on the kitchen ceiling.

This creates a large spacious area filled with natural light flooding into their new kitchen which features tall white units with a large island painted in a modern dark navy blue.
The marvellous sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a gorgeous garden patio covered in stones, with the grey-themed garden featuring a lovely wooden table and a set of chairs - the perfect setting for a family gathering.
Throughout the home, there are several simple features in the likes of the sitting room and bedroom and the interior consists of the “less is more” theme with nude colours, and beautiful decor from flower displays to paintings and framed records on the walls.
Meanwhile, Martin and Jenny shared the news earlier this week that they have welcomed their fourth grandchild to the world. The proud grandparents took to social media to congratulate their son James and his partner Shauna, who already have a daughter called Sophia.
The Virgin Media television presenter wrote on Instagram: “Our family has got bigger. Welcome to the world and our world baby Ella. Congratulations to James & Shauna for giving us another granddaughter & to her now big sister Sophia, we are delighted for you #littlebeauty #ellabella #granddaughter”
Jenny also posted a picture of the newest arrival and said: “We may be coming back from the most glorious holiday but OMG are we beyond excited to meet our new little granddaughter Ella. James & Shauna, you are amazing.
“Huge congratulations. We are dyyyyyying for the cuddles. And to her big sister Sophia, who will be the best big sister in the world.”
