In the coming year, you may be lucky enough to be one of the people who can book off 48 days of work using just 19 days of your annual leave. It comes thanks to numerous bank holidays in 2023, including the coronation of King Charles III.
Most full-time workers here in the UK are legally entitled to 28 days of paid leave every year and one trick many might be looking to use this year includes using just four days of your annual holiday leave to get 10 days off in a row over Easter. And a similar trick could be used in May, giving you 10 days off with four days holiday in time for the May bank holiday.
And that's not all, there are similar tricks throughout the year - including summer and even over the Christmas period, if you're already looking that far ahead. As Leicestershire Live reports, here are the dates you need to book for maximum time off - better get in there quick before your whole team suss out what you're up to and beat you to it.
