Jos Buttler and Alex Hales will look to rise up the T20 World Cup scoring ranks in Sunday’s final against Pakistan.
The England openers shared a record-breaking partnership to blast India aside by 10 wickets in a stunning last-four clash in Adelaide.
But despite his side’s exit, Virat Kohli is still in line for the top run-scorer award as things stand, having anchored India’s losing efforts with a half-century in the semi-final.
Pakistan have nobody in the top 10 ahead of Sunday’s showpiece at the MCG. Opener Mohammad Rizwan is their top scorer so far, sitting 16th on 160 runs with Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed further behind and star captain Babar Azam barely cracking the top 50.
Here are the top T20 World Cup run scorers ahead of Sunday’s final.
