Sydney Sweeney made a bold fashion statement at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie Immaculate, showcasing a gothic-inspired look. The 26-year-old actress donned an intricate top paired with high-waisted black wide-leg trousers. The top featured a bright white sculpture resembling an art piece that wrapped around her torso, with a bouquet design covering her chest and stomach, complete with peek-a-boo effects. The bottom arms of the top wrapped around her waist, holding the floral elements.
To complement the detailed top, Sweeney opted for minimal accessories, wearing only small huggie hoop earrings. Her hair was styled in a slick back, wet look, and her makeup was kept simple with soft white shimmery eye shadow and a light nude lipstick.
Prior to this event, Sweeney debuted a new bob hairstyle at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, where she wore an archival cream-colored Marc Bouwer gown previously worn by Angelina Jolie at the 2004 Oscars.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Sweeney shared her eclectic style mantra, stating that she vibes with the event she's attending and enjoys the variety in dressing up. She hinted at a possible appearance at the 2024 Met Gala but remained mysterious about her attendance, teasing that she might be working.
Regarding her upcoming film, Immaculate, Sweeney revealed that she had the opportunity to fulfill her family members' dreams by flying her grandmothers out to Italy for the filming. Her grandmothers, who had never been to Europe before, were cast in the film as 'little old nuns.' Immaculate is set to hit theaters on March 22.
