Kate Middleton was grinning on Monday at the Order of the Garter service as she gazed adoringly at husband, Prince William, while he walked proudly in the historic procession.
Fans of the royal family were ecstatic to catch a glimpse of the sweet moment between William and Kate, with some remarking that it put them in mind of a loving throwback snap from the same event in 2014 reports the Mirror.
It was said that the Princess of Wales looked "every ounce as giddy" as she did in the early years of her marriage, with the moment mirroring another glance shared between the loving couple almost a decade ago.
In the years since the first snap, the couple experienced various changes - including welcoming their two younger children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George - and taking on new roles following the coronation of William's father, King Charles III.
On Monday, a sweet snap was captured outside Windsor Castle, as members of the Royal family had gathered to mark what was the first Garter Day procession of King Charles' reign.
Prince William could be seen walking alongside his uncle, Prince Edward, in the procession, both clad in traditional garments and plumed garments.
Kate was pictured looking at her husband from the sidelines, and, as William gazed at her, she shot him an adoring look straight back, much to the delight of those keeping up with the proceedings at home.
Taking to Twitter, one fan gushed: "Their love just got stronger and her smile bigger for him with time."
Another wrote: "And she looks every ounce as giddy! So sweet".
A third tweeted: "Be still my heart!"
Looking as elegant as ever, Kate wore a polka dot dress by Alessandra Rich, which looked very much like a dress worn by her late mother-in-law Princess Diana at Royal Ascot back in 1988.
She finished off her look with a fetching black and white hat by Philip Treacy, and a stylish pair of Jennifer Chamandi white heels a black toe.
