Footage appeared to show the Duke of Cambridge whispering words of reassurance to Princess Charlotte after she started to fidget during the procession.
Kate Middleton and William were kept busy with their children during the royal event on Sunday, with Prince Louis being particularly cheeky to his mum.
The four-year-old blew a raspberry at Kate and wandered over to sit on his granddad's lap after growing restless.
Princess Charlotte also looked sleepy as she stared at the ground while others watched the parade reach Buckingham Palace.
The Duke of Cambridge leaned over to speak to his daughter amid the hubbub of the event.
He whispered something to the young royal and then brushed her hair behind her shoulder after she climbed higher into her chair.
Meanwhile, cheeky Prince Louis was seen trying to cover his mum's mouth and blowing raspberries.
Kate was seen keeping a close eye on her youngest son - who could be seen pulling a series of expressions.
The prince was spotted upturning his own nose with his thumb and wandering over to sit on Prince Charles's lap during the show after growing restless.
He previously had a cheeky encounter with Mike Tindall who could be seen jokily warning the four-year-old to behave.
The young prince was also spotted enthusiastically dancing, before pausing to eat a chocolate biscuit.
Kate and William have thanked the public for their messages of support and reactions on Twitter after the pageant.
They wrote: "We all had an incredible time, especially Louis..." alongside the side-eyes emoji in a nod to his cheeky antics.
Alongside images from the weekend's events, they tweeted: "What a fantastic weekend of celebrations.
"Seeing people across the nation coming together with family, friends and loved ones has been extremely special. Thank you to everyone who turned out to show their gratitude to The Queen and her inspiring 70 years of leadership.

The Queen appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace on Sunday at the end of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
The 96-year-old monarch was absent for much of the extended Bank Holiday weekend events, after finding the first day enjoyable but tiring. The monarch is also suffering with ongoing mobility issues.
