Swansea's most spectacular home has finally been completed, and now it could be yours.
A brand new seven-bedroom mansion at 27 Channel Street has hit the market with a price tag never before seen in the lakeside suburb.
Belle Property Lake Macquarie's Neil Fry is guiding $4.45 million to $4.85 million for a 1012 square metre property that has a palatial 547 square metre floor plan.
Bought as a knockdown in 2013, the property had a new build completed in recent months before changed circumstances led its owners to put it on the market.
"It was really someone's dream retirement home, specifically built to cater for families to come and stay," Mr Fry said.
"It wasn't luck that the owners chose to build there, it's one of the biggest two-street-access blocks.
"There's hardly a room that doesn't have a wonderful outlook."

'Bit daunting': Newcastle homeowners hit with another rate rise
The property includes three bathrooms, three living spaces and two huge garages, which could be linked together.
Mr Fry, who recently set Caves Beach's apartment record with a $2.6 million penthouse sale, said he was expecting interest from both local and out-of-area buyers.
"About 70 per cent of my sales are to people outside the area, but you would never rule out Newcastle people," he said.
"You could imagine it's going to be people at retirement age, but by the same token there's a growing market for holiday lettings as well, particularly high-end holiday lettings.
"As this area develops more like the Central Coast and Nelson Bay, it's almost like we're starting a new chapter."
