Nottingham Forest enter the final three games of the regular season knowing that they have a realistic chance of ending a 23-year absence from the Premier League. The Reds are already guaranteed a place in the Championship play-offs and are just three points behind second-placed Bournemouth, who they play next week.
Forest's home form has been remarkable in 2022 with a narrow FA Cup defeat to Liverpool and a 2-2 draw against Stoke City being the only two matches Steve Cooper's side have failed to win at home this year.
And the Reds are back in action at the City Ground this weekend with their opponents being Cooper's former team Swansea City. The Welsh side did Forest a big favour on Tuesday night by taking points off Bournemouth in a 3-3 draw. It could have been worse for the Cherries who were 3-0 down at one stage.

Swansea are currently 14th in the Championship and will have to win their remaining three games to have any chance of finishing inside the top-six. But Russell Martin's side have been given a major injury boost ahead of this weekend's clash with Forest.
WalesOnline report that midfielder Olivier Ntcham looks set to return for the away side this weekend. The 26-year-old has scored four goals alongside three assists for the Swans during the current campaign.
Fellow midfielder Jamie Paterson could also return to the Swansea line-up but will be assessed ahead of the game. Defender Ben Cabango will miss out though after suffering an ankle injury in the Bournemouth game.
Speaking ahead of the match, the Swansea boss said: "I think Oli will be back, Pato we’ll have to assess day by day. He had a down day yesterday (Wednesday) after working on Tuesday.
"He wasn’t match ready so it was just about getting him back there. We’ll have to see how he comes through today and tomorrow. It’s just niggling on a little bit longer than we expected but I think Oli will be back which will be a bonus."
Predicted Swansea line-up: Fisher, Smith, Naughton, Latibeaudiere, Christie, Grimes, Downes, Manning, Piroe, Ntcham, Obafemi
