Swansea City were once again undone by poor defending as they were beaten 2-1 by Millwall on Tuesday night.
The Swans controlled the vast majority of the contest but failed to clear their lines from a long throw-in which led to Charlie Cresswell opening the scoring shortly after half-time.
They then fell two goals behind as Andreas Voglsammer's strike went straight through Andy Fisher, with the goalkeeper having yet another moment to forget as the Swans were ultimately beaten by the Lions at The Den despite a Ryan Manning goal before the hour mark.
It leaves Swansea winless in their last six matches while Fisher has not kept a clean sheet in any of his nine starts since replacing the injured Steven Benda, with his only shutout this term coming at Blackpool in August when he produced a man-of-the-match display which included a penalty save.
But his current form has proven hugely concerning, with his error at Luton Town earlier this month also proving costly as Carlton Morris tapped home to earn the Hatters victory at Kenilworth Road.
"He has no choice but to accept what's happened and to come through this period," boss Russell Martin said on Fisher after the loss to Millwall.
"Losing Steven [Benda] was a big blow for us. I thought Fish played really well on Saturday, it's a tough time. He's taken a lot of criticism on social media and all that stuff, it's not easy for the players.
"We didn't sign another goalkeeper in January so there's a lot of pressure on him so we have to find a way to get him through it, which we will. He'll be better for this period in the long-term. It's just a disappointment for him and for us tonight, it's one of those things."
Indeed, many fans have called for Andreas Sondergaard to replace Fisher for Sunday's clash with Bristol City as the Swans bid to get a much-needed victory under their belt to arrest their alarming run of results before the international break.
It represents a real dilemma for the coaching staff who made a change earlier on in the campaign, with Steven Benda excelling after replacing Fisher in September. However, the German shot stopper is expected to be sidelined until around Christmas having undergone surgery to repair a serious knee injury while Sondergaard - who joined as a free agent last month - will see his short-term deal expire in the summer.
It means the club's goalkeeper department will need yet more work during the close season, although the short-term priority has to be to cut out the damaging errors, something Fisher has been far too guilty of recently.
