Swansea City chief executive Julian Winter insists the club is working hard behind the scenes to make further signings before the summer transfer window closes on September 1.
The SA1 outfit has brought four new personnel in, with Nathan Wood, Harry Darling and Matthew Sorinola all signing terms and Joe Allen making his return to the club.
In an address to fans on the eve of the club's season curtain-raiser against Rotherham United, the Swans boss updated supporters on transfer plans and gave his verdict on the business conducted by manager Russell Martin so far.

"As always, there are so many mitigating factors that come into play with regards to a transfer – so many variables – but I can assure supporters that as a club we are working hard to further improve our playing squad during this window," Winter said.
"But I feel our work in this window has been hugely encouraging. We have a clear plan in terms of recruitment and profile of player, and the early additions of Nathan Wood, Harry Darling, Matty Sorinola and Joe Allen were extremely positive."
Meanwhile, Winter backed the sale of Flynn Downes to West Ham, saying it made "complete financial sense". The midfielder sealed a permanent move to his boyhood club for an initial fee of £9m, although the deal could be worth up to £14m with add-ons.
"While we were disappointed to lose a player of a calibre such as Flynn Downes, it was a deal that hugely benefits the football club," Winter added. "We have made no secret about the fact that we are a trading club, but to sell Flynn for the price we did – and what that figure could eventually rise to – made complete financial sense and is a great example of our recruitment model at play."
