Swansea City and Burnley remain well apart in their valuation of Michael Obafemi.
The Clarets are eager to sign the Republic of Ireland international on transfer deadline day and have already had a bid for the forward rejected by the Swans.
Speaking after his side's 1-1 draw with Stoke City, Russell Martin said: "There's been a bid from a club, we've rejected it.

"Nowhere near the valuation that the owners, Josh [Marsh], Julian [Winter] and the football staff feel that Michael warrants. There's nothing in that because it is so far from where we feel it needs to be."
It's understood the Swans - who want around £10m for the 22-year-old - would bring in a replacement for Obafemi should he seal a switch to Turf Moor.
But there's a possibility that both Obafemi and Joel Piroe remain at the club, although Vincent Kompany's side could yet up the ante in their pursuit of the former. A Swansea.com Stadium source revealed the Swans are yet to receive an official offer for Dutchman Piroe - who netted his second goal of the campaign at Stoke on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, the Swans were linked with a swoop for Ronan Curtis. However, sources at the club have suggested those rumours are wide of the mark.
Elsewhere, Brandon Cooper and Nathanael Ogbeta are both expected to stay in south Wales, despite attracting loan interest from lower down the English Football League pyramid. Neither player has been involved in a Championship fixture for Swansea this season.
Ryan Bennett is also likely to stay with Swansea, despite being told earlier this year that he can find a new club. The defender still has one season left to run on his contract with the Swans.
Midfielder Dan Williams has attracted loan interest from The New Saints, with the Cymru Premier side eager to sign the Welshman on loan until January, although the deal is yet to be ratified.
The transfer window closes at 11pm tonight.
