A new restaurant inspired by travel has opened in Liverpool city centre.
HOWM restaurant - pronounced 'home' - is the first UK based restaurant of this name by hospitality brand, Selina, which targets people who love travelling. After experiencing success in North and Latin America, the restaurant has made its debut on this side of the pond, right here in Liverpool.
HOWM aims to offer warm and welcoming spaces, where tourists and locals alike can share small and larger plates featuring ingredients and cuisines relevant to the area. Boasting an all-day restaurant, coffee and cocktail bar, with a flexible working and events space, HOWM Liverpool is keen to make its mark on the city.

The venue aims to offer an idyllic setting where people can meet with friends, get some work done, or indulge in a rich and varied brunch with family. Open from 7am on weekdays and 9am on weekends, food is served from a variety of menus.
There's the weekday breakfast menu and the weekend brunch menu, as well as an all-day lunch and dinner menu. These menus combine signature favourites with new creations, showcasing flavours from the area and around the world, inspired by a lifetime of travel.
Liverpool HOWM dishes include a range of options, from pork belly to tzatziki, grilled Greek bread, salad and feta. The menu also highlights Selina's ongoing partnership with Redefine Meat, whose 'New-Meat' has achieved a level comparable to high quality animal meat in terms of taste, texture and aroma.
Not just vegans; flexitarians and omnivores alike can enjoy the game-changing ingredient, showcased at the venue in dishes such as Flat iron steak and fries, and HOWM's Smashburger. After the main courses are done and dusted, those with a sweet tooth can also tuck into a decadent selection of desserts.
The new HOWM restaurant is just one part of Selina's Liverpool offering. On-site features include beautifully designed bedrooms and suites, a coffee shop, spa, movie room and a secret beer garden, all against the backdrop of stunning views of the city.
