CHRIS SUTTON made sure to remind punditry pal Ally McCoist of his reaction at the start of the season when celebrating the title.
The former Parkhead striker went back to the summer when Ange Postecoglou was appointed to take a light-hearted dig at the Rangers hero.
Sutton shared a clip of a discussion between Alan Brazil and McCoist on talkSPORT when the deal for Postecoglou to become new boss was being finalised.
In the short clip, Brazil suggests the breaking news is a wind-up as McCoist says he is "loving every minute of it".
At the time, Brazil said: "I'm not sure I want to read this out, to be honest.
"Is this a wind-up? Breaking news from Scotland as Celtic have applied for an exemption with UEFA for Yokohama Marinos boss Postacoogloo(sic) to manage in Europe.
"He does not hold the required UEFA pro-licence. Oh, this has got to be a wind-up, nah!
"He'll be a great manager. Where do they come up with these guys from?"
And McCoist added: "Honestly, I shouldn't wallow in your despair, but I am loving every minute of it."
Referencing McCoist's comments at the time, Sutton has now taken a title swipe at McCoist with the league wrapped up with a point against Dundee United last night.
Sutton wrote on Twitter: "No it’s not a wind up…Are you still wallowing Ally???"
